Support the eCommerce and Global Digital organizations in the areas of organizational development, performance management, talent programs, recruitment, immigration/mobility and compensation Partner with managers and employees on global and regional HR programs as part of the overall People Strategy Coach and consult with leaders on talent and succession management and how to best motivate and challenge all members of their teams Work closely with finance partners to ensure consistency in tracking of position data
