Dynamic Performance and Recovery is a unique out patient orthopedic and sports performance facility where our mission is Kaizen “continuous improvement” for not only our clients but the development of our people to best serve our clients. We strive to reduce the risk for injuries and not just treat the symptoms but search for and indenting the cause of the symptoms to reduce the risk of recurrence. We have 45 yds of turf, collapsible batting cages, a volleyball court, large weight room and PT area. We can help others reach any goal they have and improve overall health and wellness.
