-Help design and layout newsletters and other marketing collateral.-Assist with updating website content as directed, ensuring all information is current andaccurate.-Assist with drafting social media posts according to the content calendar for approval-Submit CCC events to community calendars-Provide administrative and project support for a variety of marketing programs-Track data and create reports on key metrics in order to monitor campaign efficiency andanalyze trends-Basic photography and video capturing and editing-Assist in the CRM system setup and manage data entry and system updates.-Support the marketing team with research and analysis on specific projects.

-Office Administrative Responsibilities: reception desk, translating documents and CCC promotion to Spanish, answering the phone, interacting with Center visitors, registering students for classes, taking payments, coordinating IT maintenance/ rep, provide proper customer service with the use of communication in both Spanish and English -Assist with audio/visual setup and maintenance in order to ensure high-quality and efficient presentations & performances.-Set-up and take-down events of all sizes to make transitions for customers to run more smoothly and efficiently-Monitor events held at CCC and ensure proper care of all spaces-Executing large events and accommodating the needs of those that have booked with the CCC

The goal of the TRIO SSS Peer Mentor Program is to support new TRIO SSS participants by pairing them with upper class students who have similar majors, experiences, and/or interests. TRIO SSS Peer Mentors assist students with their transition to the university by connecting students to the broader campus community and resources. Each student in the TRIO SSS program is assigned to a Peer Mentor. Students that participate and utilize the TRIO SSS Peer Mentor Program are positively impacted in their academic experience and success.
