My role as a crisis line worker, is to answer phone calls from people in need of crisis intervention. I talk with survivors about their feelings or past experiences, regardless of when the assault. I assist survivors to determine their safety and medical needs. Lastly, I communicate and remain calm in high stress situations when clients express vulnerable stories. I also offer information and referrals to ensure clients are knowledgeable about ways to ensure their safety and well-being.

Communicate with client by greeting and welcoming customers, answer phone calls, taking messages as well as addressing any complaints. Establishing and maintaining interpersonal relationships with clients by providing clients with lighting quotations, updates on orders and responding to any lighting questions.

Conducted training sessions and coach recreational league games for children aged 3 to 12. Created weekly session plans that were tailored towards age specific skills and developmental abilities. I was also in charge of scheduling and coordinating coaches to their fields with their players in a fast-paced working environment.
