I focus my efforts on elevating the Bolton brand and developing its marketing resources to create a consistent, high-quality experience for all stakeholders at every touchpoint with the firm. As head of Bolton's marketing and communications department, I support our consultants internally by maximizing their time investment in marketing and business development initiatives, providing the tools and resources they need to go to market, and analyzing data to inform decisions toward reaching their marketing goals. For our clients, my department provides communications and design services.Prior to my current roles, I supported the marketing, business development and community initiatives for some of Baltimore’s largest corporate law firms, including Whiteford, Taylor & Preston LLP and Gordon Feinblatt LLC, while holding several leadership positions within Legal Marketing Association (LMA). In 2018, I received the LMA Mid-Atlantic Region Member of the Year Award. As an active member of my community, I have volunteered with numerous organizations, including the Baltimore Orioles and DEA Educational Foundation. I am a former member of the board of directors of United Way of Central Maryland and past chair of Emerging Leaders United. Formerly a Baltimore City Public Schools teacher, I currently teach technology courses as an adjunct faculty member at the Community College of Baltimore County. In 2019, I was recognized by The Daily Record for my professional experience, community involvement and commitment to inspiring change as a Leading Women honoree.
