For years Ashley suffered from excruciating pain and deteriorating brain function that left her bedridden. After a Naturopath correctly diagnosed her with Chronic Lyme Disease and heavy metal poisoning, she studied to became a Certified Nutritionist with NASM. She changed her diet and lifestyle and saw a tremendous improvement in her health once she completely cut out caffeine. By living a natural life and replacing superfoods with coffee, Ashley is now in remission.After seeing a gap in the marketplace for healthy, delicious, gorgeous, and energizing coffee alternatives, Ashley Co-founded SUTRA Superfood Lattes. She utilized her Marketing degree and past CPG marketing consulting experience, to create a successful D2C e-commerce and wholesale business.Ashley divides up her time running SUTRA operations and managing it's marketing strategy.
