My first kindergarten report card read like this, "Ashley is a bright and explorative child. She often wanders off into older children's classrooms to play with their puzzles, excitedly befriending all of them as she goes." Amused as I was upon rediscovering this fond representation of myself, it is one that I believe remains true nearly two decades later. Throughout my life, I have continuously endeavored to do two things: learn, and love! Be it pursuing graphic design and sales in secondary, presenting sessions and managing organisational projects in university, or finally overcoming my long-time fear of (and actually enjoying!) all things finance and data, I have always sought out new experiences. Things that may be different and foreign, yet broaden my horizons and fulfill my life with a myriad of wonder.With such learnings, have come adventures, and with such adventures, have come people. Just as my younger self did in the past, I've always loved meeting new individuals from all walks of life; a large part of who I am today has definitely stemmed from hearing their motivations and stories over little coffee chats. Humankind has come this far because of people's ability to inspire and aspire together. Therefore, allow me to take this step with you, because "impact starts with i"! :)
