As the Vice President of Human Resources and Staff Development at Public Service Credit Union, I lead a small but dynamic team that oversees all HR and training activities for more than 100 staff members across multiple branches in Michigan. I have over 20 years of experience in the credit union industry, and I hold the Certified Credit Union Executive (CCUE) credential and the Certified Credit Union Financial Counselor (CCUFC) credential from the Credit Union National Association.My core competencies include leadership, strategic planning, compensation management, performance management, benefits administration, employment law, corporate culture development, recruitment and selection, career path development, job analysis, budget management, talent management, workforce planning, and communications.
