Marketing Manager, Corporate Business Functions + Employer Brand
Current• Lead the enterprise communications strategy for a global leader in fire safety, security and risk-based engineering and consulting (90+ offices worldwide, 40,000+ projects across 100+ countries) • Craft a compelling employer brand strategy that highlights the company’s culture, employee value proposition and unwavering commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB)• Manage an annual calendar of corporate communications, initiatives and events that amplify our brand and engage key stakeholders• Create and refine candidate personas to design multi-touch recruitment campaigns that attract top talent and establish Jensen Hughes as the employer of choice in the industry• Direct the development of Jensen Hughes' annual Corporate Responsibility Report, collaborating with leadership and subject matter experts to produce impactful environmental, social, governance and DEIB content• Drive employee advocacy on social media through engaging content and innovative strategies that encourage participation and showcase authentic employee stories• Provide strategic communications support to Jensen Hughes’ executive leadership team and corporate departments, including the CEO, HR, talent acquisition, IT and others
