Regional Manager
CurrentOversee District Managers in various Regions, depending on needs, to ensure execution of the company’s vision, strategies and standards.• Manage team of District Managers with visits to their markets frequently to walk properties, discuss quality of service and strategize on property needs• Coach personnel regarding proper management of their accounts, providers and management/execution of Service Agreements• Perform quarterly evaluations of District Managers; holding them to assigned KPIs and quality standards• Collaborate in regular upper management meetings to determine strategic planning, discuss and implement company directives/initiatives, define company culture, review and strategize for company financial success• Complete technical writing for the company’s Standards and Skills Guides for implementation into our new training program• Region consists of 900+ accounts including Retail and REIT customers
