Import en verkoop van duurzame thee rechtstreeks van de boer. We bezochten kleinschalige theeboeren over heel de wereld waarvan we rechtstreeks thee importeerden en verkochten B2B en particulier. We werkten onder andere samen met theeboeren uit Griekenland, Japan, Sri Lanka en Nieuw Zeeland.

I facilitated the workshop meetings of the bachelor courses ‘AcademicSkills Tutorial, History of Psychology and the master course ‘HumanPotential: Theory’. In one of the courses, Academic skills tutorial, I taughtstudents the essential scientific skills for their study and provide thempersonal support as a mentor during the whole first study year

As a trainer of the course ‘interpersonal professional skills’, I trained 10students in communication skills, self-reflection and personal andprofessional development. Duration of the course was 6 weeks andincluded 2 sessions of three hours a week.

As an army reserve I assisted in national tasks involving security,surveillance, and ceremonies (e.g. Memorial Day). This function alsoincluded monthly training in army skills, team building and personaldevelopment.

I worked on a group with appoximately 10 children aged from 0 – 4.Together with colleagues I am responsible for observing and monitoringchildren’s play activities, keep records of individual children, instructchildren in health and personal habits, and organize and participate inrecreational activities. I also perform intake, observation and exitinterviews with parents. As part of my function I also organized shorttrainings for parents that addressed the development of their childrenand how they could support their children in developing.
