“Talk Less And Say More” As a recruiter, getting to know my candidates in a brief conversation can go a long way. Being able to “Speak Less And Say More” has allowed me to understand my candidates backgrounds and the needs of my hiring teams. I graduated from University of Wyoming with a Bachelor of Science in Management with a concentration in Human Resources and a minor in accounting. My experience has ranged from employment benefits, recruitment, and onboarding. In my current position as a Human Resources Associate, I am responsible for recruitment and retention strategies for a mid-size environmental consulting firm, Trihydro Corporation. Outside of recruiting, I am also Trihydo’s internship coordinator where I help each intern set and achieve their goals while also managing the program to run efficiently and allowing the interns to have a full internship experience with their Trihydro teams. I have had the privilege of expanding my skills with each employment opportunity and have consistently met my goals and optimize my processes. As a working professional, learning opportunities is a pathway to new opportunities and they are the key to my professional development. I hold an Ethical Leadership Certification and look forward to completing other professional certifications in the future. In addition to professional licensure, I find myself staying up to date with economic trends and changing markets as applicable to my role and the company. Outside of work, I have a passion for anything outdoors. I am an avid competitive horseback rider and outdoorswoman. The inspiration of the outdoors is captivating and coolly relays to my capacity to stay collected and organized in a professional setting.
