Using a MACH-based approach, we allowed customers to bring amazing ecommerce experiences to consumers alongside our systems-integrator and technology partners. I have the pleasure of working with organizations like Jockey, Restoration Hardware, Tiffany & Co., Smile Direct Club, Purple Mattress, Tory Burch, Molekule, MSC and PPG. I joined InVision's Strategic Customer Success team in 2018, supporting design transformation at some of the world's most innovative global digital product companies, such as Microsoft, Google, Amazon, Nike, Boeing, Zillow and Lululemon. I was fortunate to partner with these organizations--and more--who are on the bleeding edge of what's possible through the power of collaborative design processes.Previously, as VP of Mobify's (a Salesforce company) Global Services Team, I lead customer onboarding globally through our network of systems integrators, helping to ensure that every experience results in a successful build. I led my team to deliver amazing mobile ecommerce experiences for blue chip brands such as British Telecom, Lancôme, Superdry and Tommy Bahama. Long and short: I help my customers drive towards innovative and inspiring solutions that create value for their businesses.
