Ashley started her career in hospitality as a Disney College Program Intern at The Walt Disney Company. During her time at Disney, she worked a variety of roles from Mainstreet Operations (Parades) to Activities Coordinator. She went on to work for Holiday Inn Club Vacations. At Holidays Inn Club Vacations she went from Trainer of Entertainment to Activities Supervisor. In this role, she was able to recruit/hire international interns from all over the world, plan activities/events, supervise staff and maintain positive work relationship with the team. After that she left hospitality and went on to work in Senior Living as the Lifestyles Director at Sonata West. She was part of the management team that opened the building. This enables her to build the Lifestyles Programming from the ground up and truly make it her own. She was responsible for resident events and engagement. Most recently she was promoted into a new position as the Community Relations Director at Sonata West. She is happy to take on this new role and grow with Sonata Senior Living as working with and helping seniors is her passion.
