I lead my life with three main values: empathy, helpfulness, and honesty. These values guide my daily decisions, and enable me to partner and quickly build relationships with clients. I am able to connect with my customers and understand their needs with these values, and go beyond a surface level solution to help them with their needs. Working in HR at NASA provided me the opportunity to work with great technical and non-technical employees, leaders, and executives. I loved diving into data to determine trends and develop products. I also learned how to build relationships at all levels in order to deeply understand the mission and business objectives of each organization in order to partner with management and develop meaningful products for their organization. I am passionate about partnering across the organization to provide the best possible solutions and service to my customers. I walk into each conversation with empathy and transparency. I LOVE learning, so I spend much of my time consuming content on entrepreneurship, leadership, organizational development, coaching, vulnerability, and diversity.
