Responsibilities:1. Reports to the Chief Learning Officer and collaborates on learning experience design to achieve desired learning outcomes.2. Oversees the content and learning processes of Haggai International's digital learning platform for both in-person and virtual learning.3. Collaborates to bring about thought leadership to the equipping process.4. Establish best practices for utilization of digital resources.5. Evaluates usage statistics and makes recommendation to the Chief International Operations Officer.6. Helps equip new Haggai facilitators and empowers existing facilitators.7. Establishes feedback processes for continual improvement of both the content and learning experience.

We use creative tools, techniques, and frameworks to help them know, show, sow, and grow.4. Visual Workshops:We shape the way you imagine, interact and innovate using creativity workshops that are offered in-person, and virtual. The sessions are interactive and experiential with assessments, activities, try-outs, experiments, reflection, feedback, and habits. We also support the habit-creation process using our intentional practice programs.
