Assist clients in filling end-to-end positions, optimizing the recruiting process by lowering costs, increasing productivity and retention, and delivering a best-in-class hiring manager and candidate experience.Primary Focus: Supporting the recruiting operations of The Coca Cola Company and Bank of Montreal: generating offer letters, scheduling interviews, coordinating travel, managing onboarding, and tracking SLA reports while implementing best practices and constantly creating ways to improve efficiency. My most recent role involves handling the end to end recruiting functions of executive roles and fulfilment only positions for Bank of Montreal; managing the entire requisition process, working directly with HR Business Partners and Senior Management in administering the offer letter/onboarding process, being the direct point of contact for my client and candidates.
