Current🔹 Perform Clinical Nursing duties: Conduct patient assessments, provide education and plan of care, coordinate services, counseling, crisis intervention, and triage via phone. Utilization of care protocols and guidelines to attain a decision. Research resources to provide to patients and parents including treatment plans. Provide continuity of care and monitoring for newborns, as well as education for new parents. Provide annual Medicare Wellness visits for patients.🔹 Work cohesively with primary care providers, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to support continuity, and quality patient care.🔹 EPIC computer software experience and Microsoft office suite utilization.
