Ashley Wee has 30 years of experience in the real estate industry. He founded VestAsia in year 2002 and is currently the Group Managing Director. Ashley is responsible for the partnership relations for all of VestAsia’s investments in various businesses. He is also responsible for business development for corporate advisory and professional services as well as tenant representation and investment transactions in Asia Pacific. Ashley spearheads and develops alliance partners in the US, Europe, Japan, Hong Kong and Australia. He has extensive regional experience, travel frequently and executed various assignments throughout Asia Pacific. He was also based in Colombo, Sri Lanka and Jakarta, Indonesia for several years. Ashley graduated from the National University of Singapore (1988) with honors in Estate Management. He is an accredited member of the Singapore Estate Agents Association and the Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers.
