Analyzed the interplay between the requirement to accommodate a disabled employee under the American Disability Act and whether that overrides the correctional facility’s seniority policy. Compared the Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services’ policy with the search procedures used in other states to advise the state’s correctional facilities on best practices.
