Promoted to PPO Developer-Responsible for increasing the number of contracted providers in proprietary network by recruiting out of network providers, initiating negotiations and finalizing contracts with hospitals and facilities. -Use Workers' Compensation rules and regulations knowledge to relate reimbursement and fee schedules.-Manage credentialing project and direct 2 employees to credential providers to meet the 3 year standard, verifying compliance with regulatory standards and keeping appropriate records.-Verify and update data in national database (MedCheck) and maintain current provider status within the network.-Re-negotiate and re-contract with providers already in network for increased discounts and better coverage.-Provide comprehensive networks including customization of networks to meet customer specific needs.-Manage billing issues between providers and insurance companies to ensure timely and correct payments for services.-Prepare mailings, maintain up-to-date documents, data entry, and schedule and attend conference calls.

The main focus of this role was customer service. Responsibilities included taking calls from state employees reporting injuries, entering claims, database maintenance, and data verification. -Recruit candidates for contract and permanent positions in the following areas: Finance, Project Management, Business Analysis, Engineering, Quality, HR, Marketing, Executive, Customer Service, Technical Design, and IT.-Oversee all aspects of the contractor hiring process including sourcing, identifying, screening, and pre-interviewing-Negotiate salaries to satisfaction of candidates and hiring managers-Maintain completed and accurate documentation and data integrity of hired candidates and company database. This included compiling paperwork for submission to hiring managers, processing background screenings and employment verifications, following drug screen processes, and assuring completion of legal/company specific documents.-Creation of documents to include: offer letters, job descriptions, professional resumes, and candidate qualification write-ups.-Utilize i-Simply, the internal database on a daily basis to keep detailed and comprehensive candidate notes, maintain database of candidates and track status throughout hiring process.-Timely action for sourcing requisitions and setting up interviews -Proper follow through for all employees throughout duration of assignment to include time card management, payroll, manager communications, updating documents, etc.-Continued efforts to increase sales and client base with sales calls and research.-Client management for multiple companies assessing needs, proper action and conferencing
