In 2019 my work landed me a feature in Martha Stewart Weddings TWICE, Multiple wedding blogs & Wedding Day Magazine TWICE. Then Netflix and most recently Halloween Wars on Food Network. I was put on this earth to make Non Traditional & Abstract Wedding & special event cakes and to just create awesomeness! Part of my creative work is curating & styling photo shoots that revolve around my cakes giving the viewer a full visual experience. When I'm not creating cake i am making something delicious and savory!!!! I’m great at combining savory flavors, working with & around allergies & dietary restrictions! Familiar with many types of cuisines. I also teach & work with multiple cuisines weekly! I do have a preference of cooking in a high volume kitchen for multiple guest, plated or buffet style! Certified Cannabis Chef & Educator. I do travel and provide cannabis chef service only in spaces where it is legal to do so. Education & CBD chef services provided everywhere! These services are geared towards medical patients & general well-being.
