About Ashley Winder

I have over a decade of experience in nonprofit administration and management. Currently, I work as Director of Operations for LEAP Global Missions, a medical mission nonprofit. In this role, I oversee, direct, and assist with strategy development in social media, marketing, database management, digital media, volunteer outreach, grant management, and fundraising event planning.Previously, I was Program Administrator at The Writer's Garret, a literary nonprofit.
