Solutions Gallery and HIMSS lead designerResponsible for the creation and execution of the largest internal (Cerner Health Conference) and external (HIMSS) industry event design and attendee experience strategy. Collaborate with top executives, solution experts and internal strategist to showcase Cerner solutions in a state of the art way to current and prospective clients. Manage 10+ internal and external vendors, project timelines, event budgets (up to $4M), and core team alignment strategies. Effectively communicate event goals, revenue and client data updates to core team, management teams and executive level leadership. Tradeshows & Event Exhibit/Sponsorship Program•Collaborate with peers and key internal stakeholders to execute and align Cerner messaging for up to 60 annual tradeshows spanning across Cerner’s solution business unit marketing and sales teams•Maintain and own relationships with third party vendors to ensure Cerner SBU marketing and sales teams satisfaction with design, property selection, the overall execution of the tradeshow and budget dollar allocations•Manage nearly 900 exhibitor and sponsor personnel for our large annual conference, while being responsible for over $1 million in revenue dollars, the implementation of 65 or more purchased sponsorships, and constructing a 28,000-square foot exhibitor booth floor plan all while maintaining at least a 95% satisfaction rate across all industry partners•Update and maintain all training material for new marketers and Cerner Health Conference interns•Accurately track tradeshow ROI, event costs, and team budget to relay to finance and accounting for end of quarter and year reporting •Submit and track all vendor invoices to ensure we remain with budget from a yearly perspective •Effectively plan, clearly communicate and execute the team’s annual goals, alignment strategy and execution strategy to senior level leadership
