Current-Analyze and utilize market and rate analysis to facilitate partnerships between vacation clubs and independent resorts.-Administer and facilitate customer support on accounting and inventory management.-Provide staff training to facilitate international resorts and hotels with wholesale and bulk purchase contracts to increase occupancy and RevPar.-Strategic Consulting, including business plan & sales strategy development.-Advising on business structures, implementing policies and structuring commercial transactions.-Comprehensive database management and migration.-Brand development, business development and growth, and increasing revenue streams. -Develop new resources and new revenue streams.-Evaluate operational processes and procedures, and develop strategies and implementation plans to improve and standardize all aspects of operations.-Provide leadership for the overall operating performance of the business.-Develop, monitor and administer programs to maintain efficient, quality services.
