Within this position, Ms. Wisse provides technical assistance consulting for high performance, green affordable housing. She facilitates certification for all LEED rating systems, including: BD&C, ID&C, Homes and Mid-Rise, Healthcare, Neighborhood Development; Enterprise Green Communities; Energy Star Homes, and procurement of applicable utility rebates. She helps teams integrate renewable and alternative energy sources; and provides design assistance and construction oversight of new construction and major renovation projects.Ms. Wisse is a LEED AP in the following rating systems: Building Design + Construction, Interior Design + Construction, Homes/Midrise, and Neighborhood Development and a LEED for Homes Green Rater.

Sealant repair and operable sash replacement throughout the hotel and condominium complex. WJE reviewed existing conditions, designed repairs, issued a bid to area contractors, reviewed proposed replacement designs, and observed and tested the final installation.- The Manchester School District: Facilities Renovation and Upgrade, Team Member. WJE was retained by the school district to perform a detailed façade assessment of each district building as well as window investigations and water infiltration testing to repair reported leaks and deficiencies in building envelope systems.- Additional Experience: sustainable implementation research, proposal writing, budget estimation, site visit report writing, summarizing completed testing, creating and investigation of inspection openings, and infrared verification.
