• Develop and manage sales competitions and strategic programs that directly increases recruiting, retention and sales production. • Own new hire program to ensure a positive, informative and consistent experience. • Manage and oversee all aspects of Sales events, activities and retreats. • Own and optimize lead nurturing events focused on generating quality leads for sales teams in all regions of the country. • Build and maintain an enviable and results-driven culture that promotes job satisfaction and personal production. • Manage operational and administrative functions to ensure all projects and events are executed efficiently.• Travel to onsite inspections and manage relationships with venues.• Strategize with Creative team to develop marketing campaigns that effectively communicate information to field. • Set, communicate and maintain timelines, priorities and budget. • Monitor key KPI’s to take a data driven approach that measures revenue-generating activity.
