I had the privilege of working in 3 separate stores in the Lansing, MI area. I began my career at Bath and Body Works as a Sales Associate, where I maintained this position from May 2012- August 2013. I gained progressive responsibility as time went on and was promoted to Sales Leader in August 2013. I managed a staff of roughly 15-30 associates alongside 3 other managers. I aimed to satisfy customers in the store, satisfy my associates' needs, and perform essential store procedures well.I lead customer service and store operations, while coaching my team of associates and fellow managers. I had a large part in the training process, where I conducted onboarding sessions, perform reference checks, schedule interviews, give performance evaluations, and give 360 feedback. I had a significant amount of experience with leading a 25 person floorset team and owning visual merchandising.

I worked at Robert Bosch LLC for my 2014 summer internship. My position was the Human Resources Intern for Bosch's Automotive Aftermarket Headquarters in Broadview, Illinois.
