I participate and engage in new and existing business meetings and presentations, build and maintain client relationships and am responsible for coordinating the overall delivery of services.

I provide ongoing service in conjunction with the Client Executives to existing clients and prospects in regards to their group benefit coverages. Essential Functions include:- Providing quality client service to accounts through handling client questions/requests, billing/claims issues, and network or administrative problems.- Leading renewal activities including pre-renewal client meetings; analyzing client needs and making decisions as to marketing the account; negotiating with markets, monitoring quote submissions, analyzing proposals, comparing coverage and premiums and presenting findings to the client.- Assisting Client Executives in the solicitation of new business and further development of existing accounts.- Completing applications for new business submissions, submitting and monitoring placement of business with carriers, and acting as a liason between Gibson clients and carriers.- Conducting employee enrollment meetings and information sessions on new plans or plan changes; preparing enrollment forms, applications and exhibits for employee meetings; reviewing enrollment forms to ensure all information is complete and accurate. - Prepare, audit and deliver claim experience data, graphs and other exhibits for client meetings.- Auditing and maintaining client files with policies, amendments, claims experience and agreements ensuring accuracy.- Keeping current with suppliers, products and applicable legislation.- Informing Benefits Client Executives of major developments and renewal results; overss renewal and new business deadlines and processes.- Maintaining current account and policy data.
