My job at Gibson allows me the opportunity to create relationships. Internally, I work on a sales team and alongside our Client Managers, where we focus on innovate solutions to bring to the marketplace. Externally, I am tasked with bringing the right solutions to the right clients and ensuring that they have a great experience. Employee benefits is typically the second largest expense for an employer (second to payroll), so I have to earn the trust of my clients that I am working with their best interest in mind. Passion, ambition, hard work, drive and faith are the characteristics that got me where I am today.I am proud to work side by side with Gibson's employee owners, where we live by our Core Values. At Gibson, we are advisors and consultants, not just insurance brokers. We provide counsel and advice on complex business and people issues that go far beyond the scope of an insurance agency. This approach provides value and sophisticated protection. A few fun facts about me: my husband and I have two kiddos who keep us on our toes and an English Bulldog named Rockne. We are a sports family, with a particular love for football. Born and raised in the South Bend area, I am a huge Notre Dame fan! I also root for the Brownies, Blackhawks, Cubs and Bulls. I listen to Country Music, but you'll catch me singing Wheels on the Bus and Baby Shark on repeat these days. Once the kids are in bed, I like to pour a glass of red wine and unwind for the night.
