I was also involved in a passion project, "The Breakaway Tour" -> a music intensive 'positivity tour' that I partnered with a local Latin music duo 'Rey y Kaye' on. I was also responsible for collecting social media / client campaign statistics, then assisted with data analytics to improve upon overall performance and expand our realm of possibilities for fostering authentic engagements. Live reporting during nationally syndicated events also chiseled my delegation skills as prioritizing tasks while taking nonstop direction from superiors during periods of constant change and heightened excitement was mandatory, regardless of your title. We all quickly learned to work as a team and delegate amongst ourselves successfully.All of the job’s necessary skill sets - including the ability to learn code, mastering PhotoShop + Excel, and writing in HTML format - were honed relentlessly over the course of our semester at RSP.
