The welcoming committee for new Loan Officers who are hired at Barrett Financial! A great resource to our new hires. My role is to teach them how to complete their files accurately and within compliance guidelines as well as pricing structures and the disclosures process! I also assist in walking them through our corporate policies while working closely with Department Heads to network and connect our new hires.

Shortly after starting my journey in Finance, I had the opportunity to grow into a leadership role at Barrett Financial. While using my transferable leadership skills from Nordstrom, I was able to place business development plans within the Disclosure Department. Increasing the effectiveness of our department to maximize the skills of our associates in varying areas to create a cohesive team that works to ensure the success of the company and "make it happen".

As a Disclosure Team Specialist, I have built a skill set that includes but is not limited to the following: effective communication, loan structure and compliance knowledge as well as the ability to adapt to and succeed in varies roles with differing lenders.

As a Cosmetics Counter Manager, I have had privilege of working with a wide variety of Executive Leadership and different brand sales representatives while training and maintaining counter associates. This included but is not limited to tracking sales and ensuring completion of individual sale's goals, counter IPT and SPH. I also specialized in the following brands: Tom Ford, MAC Cosmetics, and Bobbi Brown.
