I am a responsible, upbeat, and motivated individual with superior interpersonal and problem-solving skills. I bring a strong work ethic and excitement to any work environment. I am a team player with a can-do attitude who is always ready to take on new challenges.I started my career in optical sales and quickly thrived, gaining the necessary skills for sales and client data management. I then transitioned into sales roles in skincare and cosmetics at Belk and Dillards where I fine-tuned my client relationship management skills and gained experience in information management by using Dillards' Client system.After my sales journey, I worked for Sharity Ministries via Tactic Edge as a member services representative. As time went on, I eventually started dabbling in SharePoint maintenance via the company's employee website. This is a skill that I have developed as a background gig in the years since. I have built and maintained SharePoint team sites for smaller businesses as well as automated tasks and workflows via other Microsoft 365 apps. While working as an office manager at Center for Emotional Health, I developed this skill further and took various courses to gain fuller knowledge of the Office 365 systems and put them to use when possible. My time as an office manager also saw me gaining more experience in HIPAA compliant data entry, client data management, and team leadership.I am now able to call myself a Sharepoint Administrator for a consulting company that has allowed me to grow in my skills and prepared me for other roles within the field.These combined skills and experiences have prepared me to take on a number of different roles in various different fields. I am eager to find what the next challenge will be.
