My role at Usay was outbound calling clients who had made an enquiry on our website for private medical insurance and my challenge was then to pass them onto our sales team who would then hopefully go on to selling them the policy. I would also receive commission for every transfer I put through that sold. I had a target to hit of 1 transfer per day and I would often exceed this target massively some days. I am extremely confident on the phone and pick up different techniques easily.

I worked for Bewiser for just under 2 years. Whilst at Bewiser I have learned a variety of skills including customer service, I made outbound calls to customers regarding insurance. I learned how to use their in-house database and upload information onto it. I also learned to be very persuading in this job role which I think will benefit me in most of my future roles. This was a very fast paced job working hard to meet targets which I did enjoy as I like working under pressure.
