I am responsible for ensuring FedRamp and PCI 4.0 security controls are correctly and efficiently implemented in the services I manage. I am responsible for the creation and maintenance of the secrets management policy and standards. I review and identify vulnerabilities within Five9’s environment and collaborate with teams working in product development to implement efficient fixes while documenting findings and suggest security enhancements for future product iterations.
