Within my current role I manage the end-to-end Off-cycle payroll process for multiple states, ensure timely and accurate processing of Off-cycle payroll in compliance with state and federal regulations. Collaborate with HR, payroll, time and atrendance, leave of absence, compliance, tax, and accounting teams to ensure accurate employee data and timely payroll reporting.
