Assisting individuals with disabilities in obtaining successful employment by breaking communication barriers, bridging skill gaps, job development, connecting and building relationships with companies within the community, job placement and assisting with the interviewing process. Continuous on-site assistance and community based instruction as needed. Providing on-going supports and job retention services to both individual and employer.
