The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) works within UI Health Human Resources Department to assist in the planning, implementing and evaluation of human resources strategies throughout the Hospital. This position works with the Human Resources Manager, Recruitment & Retention in the sourcing, screening, hiring and processing of new and existing employees. The HRBP assists with the collection and analysis of human resources data and the development of procedural solutions for statistical and information purposes in order to ensure effective results and outcomes. As a strategic partner, the HRBP aligns Hospital and departmental objectives with employees and management through coordinated recruitment & retention efforts. This position serves as a consultant to management on Human Resource related issues by assessing and anticipating Human Resources needs. The HRBP formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value added services to management and employees that reflect the business objectives of the Hospital. The HRBP maintains an effective level of business literacy about the Departments’ financial position, staffing models and its culture.
