I specialize in Coaching, People Operations, Leadership Development, and Learning & Development. I have extensive experience designing and implementing strategic initiatives that enhance performance, employee engagement, and leadership effectiveness, particularly through the lens of coaching.I am a former Education Administrator with a master's degree in Human Relations (counseling with an emphasis on social justice), and I have 10+ years of experience coaching clients and professionals in the education and mental health fields. I have earned my Master Coaching Certification through an ICF accredited program, and I am currently completing my ACC credential with ICF. Additionally, as the founder of Revolution Experience Coaching, I have the privilege of helping high-achieving women navigate major life transitions, providing them with the tools they need to succeed both personally and professionally.Personal creative problem solving is my jam, and I thrive helping others cultivate that skill.
