I worked directly with SMB Digital Marketing Agencies to ensure paid media performance and scale. Consistently met or exceeded quarterly sales goals of $600k-1M. I provided all pitch resources in order to on-board new advertisers for the Agency that we can scale, optimize and continue to retain growth with.

Maintained all accounts payable, loan schedules, fuel auditing per truck (80-95 trucks on average), customer billing, shop purchase orders, and shop payables for 1 multi-million dollar Trucking company, 1 brokerage company, and 1 real estate company. Payroll auditing bi-weekly. Monthly auditing of shop inventory (est. $100,000) and company credit card purchases (est.$250,000-$300,000). Other assignment examples are launching new system software, training employees on use and acting as IT support, creating company website, preparing quarterly newsletter, and facilitating employee recognition program.

Managing projects ($10,000-$24M) directly with general contractors to obtain all paperwork required torelease long lead items (fire and sound accordion doors) into production. Responsible for all international projects. Answering emails, phone calls, responding to RFI’s, reviewing revised shops, and determining when change orders were necessary.

Reviewing inbound service tickets based on priority, critical thinking in difficult situations involving thesafety of members and tow truck operators. Emergency Roadside Service area was from Reno, NV to just outside of West Sacramento, CA. Mentored and trained incoming hires for the department as a senior level dispatcher.
