Supported students with diverse academic and behavioral needs. Tracked student data from formative and summative assessments and used this data to guide daily instruction. Mentored first year teachers by observing and providing feedback to each on a regular basis. Facilitated the Middle School Milers program in partnership with GO! St. Louis. Designed and implemented professional development sessions for staff regarding student engagement and instructional strategies. Designed marketing materials and implemented marketing strategies for Lyon Academy as the school’s Marketing Director. Created and coordinated the Liger Closet, a clothing donation program for students and families in need. Member of the Lyon Academy Leadership Team.

Supported Teach for America corps member development through live coaching, classroom observation, and daily debriefing throughout St. Louis Public School’s 2015-2016 and 2016-2017 summer school sessions.
