• Preparing and executing special events, weekly activities, classes and programs that allow guests to create lasting memories and maximally experience our core pillars: design, wellness, culinary, seasonality • Engaging with guests in an effort to promote and sell additional activities in tandem with the Concierge team • Maintain cooperative relationships and open lines of communication with leaders of other departments throughout the hotel to ensure successful execution of programming and product offerings • Help manage and finalize SOPs for all existing and new experiences; including trial set ups and photo documentation to maximize their effectiveness as a key experience training and execution tool • Coordinate OS&E purchases; liaise with appropriate departments to organize, store or set up on property • Manage and submit invoices for all 3rd party vendors and partners • Communicate with experience vendors and hosts as needed for smooth operations day to day • Organize and maintain the activities storage areas and FF&E/OS&E • Help execute creative design + touchpoint projects under the direction of Director of Experiences • Coordinate design and printing of collateral on an as-needed basis • Work with marketing team to fact check website to ensure experiences are up to date • Set up and host experiences on property on an as-needed basis • Gather and organize metrics on experiences and programming: bookings, guest feedback, revenue • Communicate with team members on upcoming experiences or events on a daily basis • Manage internal programming calendar and spreadsheets used by Experiences and Marketing departments

Certified Trainer 2023 Ensure the guest experience meets or exceeds all Mayflower Inn & Spa / Forbes quality and service standards from Check-in to Check-out. This includes but is not limited to;Preparing all necessary documents, such as registration cards, spa treatments, and restaurant confirmation, as well as any other item that may support efficient and timely check-in/out processes.Ensuring that any Guest preferences (i.e. Bespoke Options and/or Experiences, Room specifics) are recorded on the Opera guest history page and are well introduced to the appropriate departments for follow up.Escorting guests to their room, Dining Room, Bathroom, etc.Responding promptly and tactfully to any Guest complaint that may arise.Ensuring correct billing arrangement is provided according to Front Desk policies and procedures.Making sure that any irregularities and discrepancies are recorded on the departmental logbook and brought to the attention of the MOD and/or General Manager.Act as an ambassador of the hotel by providing Guests any reservation, information, amenities, area attractions, spa, and dining booking, as needed.Organize and maintain the Front Desk counter, ensuring that all materials and supplies are readily available and accessible to expedite smooth departmental out procedures.Is familiar with all Mayflower facilities so to be able to address, assist, and actively sell services to guests.Ensure that an adequate amount of money, either coins or notes, is available during the shift so to accommodate cash transactions.
