I am a first year, first-generation college student at University of Illinois, pursuing a Bachelor of Science. I have a striving passion for psychology and will be transitioning to clinical and community psychology in summer 2024, from the general Liberal Arts and Science program. I am aspiring to be a child psychologist, working with adolescents and children.At University of Illinois, I am a member of the following student led organisations: Women in Psychology, Girl Gains, and Illini Barbell. As a part of Girl Gains, I am a leader/mentor for any women who have questions about fitness or need someone to accompany them on their fitness journey.I have work experience in waitressing, in which I learned valuable skills and lessons on responsibility, patience, customer service, and leadership. I have also owned my own small business in high school, in which I attained skills in marketing, managing, and creativity.
