Property Manager/Leasing Agent - daily duties include managing a portfolio/tenants of 300+ units in the Downtown Pittsburgh area. Neighborhoods including Bloomfield, Highland Park, Point Breeze, Greenfield, NorthSide & Oakland. Marketing & advertising skills as well as some experience with excel. Admin/Security/Office Duties (security deposits/utility billing/ tenant relations etc) Airbnb Design/Hosting - Designing and furnishing as well as managing portfolio of over 5 rentals converted to Airbnbs (including - guest relations, bookings/ schedule)Experience in managing maintenance work orders - dealing with dictating priority (normal,urgent,low) and following up with tenants for over 300+ properties
