I administered the SCATBI, CLQT, MoCA, BDAE, RIPA-2, Woodcock-Johnson, GFTA-2, PLS-5, EOWPVT, ROWPVT, SSI-3, ASHA FACS, and REEL. I assisted with a TOBII Dynavox assistive technology evaluation. I administered treatment targeting voice, swallowing/feeding, motor-speech, fluency, articulation, cognition, adult and child language disorders. I interacted with other disciplines of physical therapy and occupational therapy during weekly meetings and completed co-treatments with occupational therapy. I completed daily documentation of therapy sessions, completed monthly chart updates through the electronic data collection system as well as daily updates to the patient list.
