Coaches Across Continents: Education Outside the Classroom - Global Leader in Sport for Social ImpactSDP Partnership year-round Process Consultancy, On-Field Facilitation, and Community Impact Strategizing with over 100 partners across the globe, impacting over 16 million youth world-wide.Personally, worked directly with nearly 30 partners for strategy and sustainability, and the CAC global network for major days and events. Apart of the team that was announced the Winner if the Beyond Sport, Global Impact of the Year Award in 2018. Supporting Facilitator of 2018 Nike Jump Jam Japan launch. Lead/Solo Facilitator of 2019 Youth Leadership through Sport exchange grant with the US Department of State and US Embassy in Kyiv. Partnership Process Consultant: Learning wants and needs of the partner, creating a strategic plan with available resources, and providing training, support, and guidance on selected resources.On-Field Facilitator: International program evaluation, SDP curriculum design and game creation, running certification courses of teachers, coaches, and community leaders.Community Impact Strategist: Working with local “master trainers” and SDP organizational leadership to develop and teach local professionals who work with young people on how to conduct peer evaluation, game creation, and program design in efforts to create a sustainable organizational model, free of required future assistance from external stakeholders.Off-Field/Administrative Roles: Managed marketing and fundraising campaigns – including running social media platforms, involvement with website maintenance, blog content management, and creation/distribution of CAC newsletter. Responsible for maintenance of donor and volunteer relationships. Facilitated volunteer process from initial recruitment through on-field preparations, the fundraising process, donor appreciation communication, and post-travel engagement.

Graduate Assistant Coach: Assistant Averett Women's Soccer Team, Goalkeeping Coach for the Men and Women's programs. Off-field responsibilities include: recruiting coordination, film sessions, team event planning, and other administrative duties. Student Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) Advisor: overseeing the SAAC student-athletes of Averett to successfully breaking both USA South service records in 2016 & 2017 year with over 12,000 cans for Cans Across the Conference, and over $4,000 for Pennies for a Purpose. Responsibilities include running logistics, SAAC Conventions, Athletic Department meeting presentations and communications, and supervising fundraiser operations.
