I am currently a Junior Poultry Science Major at Texas A&M University. I am from Frisco, TX and I am very passionate about a career in the field of Veterinary medicine. In recent years, I worked in a veterinary clinic and appreciated getting first-hand experience. I also loved getting to work with animals every day. I know how to handle cats and dogs, as I worked with them the most often. I also can draw up vaccines, clean surgical instruments, pack surgery packs, run fecal tests, and take the weight and temperature of animals. This experience was very informative and allowed me to see what it is really like to work in a vet clinic.
