Responsible for providing support to the various business systems that support the Infrastructure & Operations organization within Corporate IT. Also acts in a system administration role, analytical support for business systems, data quality for business systems, and process review/validation for business systems. Acts as a liaison between business and technical teams to create System Requirements as part of the development lifecycle.Acts as Scrum Master to ensure project progress is being made. Provide technical analysis of product or application to ensure that business and functional requirements can be met.Perform analysis of system requirements and work closely with the development teams to ensure proper designs are achieved. Facilitate review and requirements gathering sessions as well as lead User Acceptance Testing to make sure services are clearly outlined and properly implemented. Provide subject matter expertise to business leaders during the implementation of their new products and services. Train and mentor key teams to adopt new systems and provide knowledge transfer for new services.Provide customer facing documentation and marketing material of new services being offered by the Global Data Center. Play a key role in complete infrastructure systems revamp including but not limited to: financial system replacement, database replacement & data loading, ordering system and marketplace, and change request/ticketing system. Participates in frequent projects and new service offerings as subject matter expert for new business management system (ServiceNow).Aided in onboarding of Business Units to Azure Cloud Services and hybrid cloud services.
