Senior Digital Content Manager
Current- Responsible for strategy, execution, and management of digital content updates on B2B and D2C e-commerce websites- Project manage digital projects including monthly promotions, loyalty program initiatives, new landing pages, and site optimization- Write briefs to initiate digital projects- Contribute to campaign briefs by analyzing objectives and providing a list of website assets needed- Help develop new website components and functionality by writing developer stories that include logic, business requirement, front and back end requirements, and acceptance criteria, then using test environments to ensure all requirements are met before deploying to the live site- Find, diagnose, troubleshoot, and help fix website bugs- Analyze content performance and engagement and adjust based on results- Work with SEO Strategist and Copywriter to continually optimize D2C website - Configure cookies settings, banners, and preference center, ensuring GDPR and CCPA compliance. - -- - Review monthly scans and categorize cookies- Trained a colleague on how to manage a full website in the CMS including how to author settings, components, and pages - Work with legal team on Website ADA Compliance - Manage Digital Copywriter
