As an Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Specialist, I am responsible for the daily retrieval and entry of vendor invoices, ensuring proper documentation and approvals, and setting up utility accounts for newly on-boarded properties. I match purchase orders with invoices, process payments in a timely manner, and accurately code expenses. My role includes maintaining up-to-date AP recordds, assisting with month-end closing, reconciling credit card accounts, and managing vendor setup, including W-9 and COI documentation. I also support process improvements while collaborating closely with company founders, property managers, vendors, and property owners. Additionally, I assist with various accounting projects and other duties.

•Coordinate cleaning duties to certain sections that co-workers placed on others to ensure the restaurant is presentable for the next business day•Transmit knowledge of the menu to new customers by explaining what deals and specials areoccuring that particular day•Deliver exceptional customer service to guarantee that customers would return and inform locals of the experience at the restaurant
