About Ashlyn Lowe, Ph.D.

As an industrial organizational psychologist, I have a passion for solving "people puzzles." Through my work as a leadership consultant, I strive to help leaders and teams recognize and unlock their potential. I specialize in leadership and team assessment and coaching, CEO succession planning and Board effectiveness. I have over 7 years of experience in management consulting and advanced training on behavior in the workplace through my doctoral studies at DePaul University, where my research focused on diversity in leadership and team dynamics.As a Michigan native, I pride myself on my strong midwestern values of working hard, leading with compassion, and lending a helping hand.
